No one wants to go on the pinks...but do the math

For example...if you own 10 million shares and they do a 10:1 RS at the current price of .0065

You will now own 1,000,000 shares at .065...same portfolio value right...yes, but...


If you have 10,000,000 shares and the stock went to $1.25 you would have a value of $12,500,000

If you have 1,000,000 shares(new RS number) and the stock went to $1.25 you would only have a value of $1,250,000.

Owning 1,000,000, you would need the share value to go to $12.50 to have the same value you originally had with 10,000,000 shares at $1.25.

You do the math...I would never want that to happen...ever!
