CHUCK, you're driving me nuts. Sure the science has great promise and we love the promise of that, but history is littered with failed biotechs facing the continuing onerous and continuing litigation and it's cost.
It's the stuff of bankruptcy and for some a new company/new partnership(s), but it all spells ZERO value for those original investors in the world of bankruptcy.
I'm not trying to be dramatic or misrepresent, but it just clearly doesn't make any sense to me and the company's silence is beyond unacceptable regardless of their stated desire to share less information with us. Given that, all we can do is guess and doing that, it sure doesn't look good at all for our investment, imo.
