lumber at HD is not for home buildouts..its for Harry do it yourself home owner..building a shed or garage addition, or redoing a basement...HD stores get delivered 4k worth of lumber and profit is 10% for HD, not sure of eco but do the math...the home builders buy lumber direct...and debate is how much Eco makes off of a home...30,000 bfm of lumber and in past Eco info the cost was 1% added to home cost...so again do the math..$300k home and 1% gross cost....Eco needs all HD locations and lets say 500-1000 homes a month to break even per month! So far I think Eco has done 50 houses to date adn47 HD locations...hmmm, how can they afford to be around in 1-2 more years let alone 10?
