I'm not saying we are out of the woods regarding the 87.5 million, but the way I read it, Moreno is in breach of contract. What that means going forward is anyone's guess.

As far as I am concerned, Coleridge is in the drivers seat when it comes to any stock issuance due to Moreno's ill advised video.

We'll see shortly if the issuance is revised, cancelled, or the same.

I could be completely wrong of course : )
