People need to hit the ask to buy. Very few shares remaining at these levels. I have noticed it's almost impossible to buy large amount of shares below the ask. Keep in mind this has one of the lowest floatsmile which means it can run really fast!

Time is running out for those deciding to buy at these heavily discounted prices. Awesome financials expected with millions in revenues based on previous PRs. So far everything what the CEO has envisioned has been coming into fruition. See the PPBL blog for more info about the recent updates:
