No one is interested in a failing bio wreck with no drugs and lawsuits up the wazoo.

That's a pipe dream.

However, since NNVC is not failing, and since NNVC has viable drugs ready for TOX testing, and that will fall quickly in line for Phase I and Phase II testing once TOX testing is completed - the first point made in this statement is incorrect, or at least soon will be. NNVC is moving along nicely now - and NOT failing.

AND since there are as yet no lawsuits moving forward from the most recent set of ambulance-chasing 'class-action' suits against NNVC,.... and the 'old' lawsuit is stagnant and going nowhere,..... the second statement is (at least) an overstatement and hyperbole. One iffy lawsuit,.... and a bunch of unfiled lawsuits are hardly 'up the wazoo'.

Thus many investors are interested in NNVC. Thus many potential patients are intersted in the anti-viral treatments that NNVC may indeed provide in the nearing future. Hardly a pipe-dream here.

If no one is interested in a 'biowreck' like NNVC - why all the hoopla the last several months?
