the hundreds of thousands of dollars withdrawn by P. Vincent Medizadeh out of Sniperella during 2009 and 2010 was NOT reviewed by the bankruptcy trustee.


Sorry, but the half-baked conclusion of a short journalist out for blood is not compelling in the slightest. According to the founder's quote in the story itself, all this information was already viewed by the US Bankruptcy trustee and a discharge was granted in 2011. Am I missing something?
