That's the way I understand it-AFTC would supply info to otcmarkets regarding the s/s-I don't believe that's something otc would initiate. Updating the s/s would be a 1st step by otc-if filings are sent to otc by AFTC, then once otc has all the quarterly & annual reports followed by an attorney letter, then AFTC would become a current filer.

I do believe the stop sign may be holding back some investors from buying.
