The officers of ARSC and HFCO are the same people. In my opinion, they're just moving assets around (Hydra) and maximizing profit off of each transaction. Who cares how much of HFCO is owned by ARSC. Both companies are controlled by the same people and they have the controlling interest in shares. Am I the only person who sees that?
