Going to trial on multiple cases as a defendant in anyone's book, "is not going well". To be burdened with multiple court cases does not speak well for any company. Several of these cases, Peter Villiotis, personally is also named as a defendant. Several of these cases could lead into additional criminal charges of fraud also.

Thus , cases are not going well and are not going away anytime soon. They will be a continued weight on downward PPS and affect future shareholder value.
