Even if the equipment doesn't "pass", but they feel that the item is "close" to meeting their needs, then a contract can be cut, including R&D costs, to work out the bugs that exist.



If I recall correctly, in substance the CEO is counting on this to "pass", not just come "close", because AHS/HTI's future existence (per previous PR/update) is heavily leveraged in a "pass" from 3rd party results to attract the MONEY of additional private investors...
