Not asking anything about the lawsuit being dismissed. Nothing. Clearly nobody could comment on a dismissla before it is dismissed.

I'm saying why didn't new management find out that the people selling/leasing/giving this portion of the acres they now have actually could sell/lease/give them those acres. I would have.

Also, old lawyers and ceo out 4 to 5 years ago. New management in for 1 -2 years. Who ran the company in between??
