OTC has taken action already, on th 17th they downgraded CIRC to limited pink from OTCQB for failure to file within th 15 day NT 10-K requirement ..NextStop could be "STOP" or after an "e" has been added, th Greys ....or possibly back to current ...

there are a lot of "maybes"

maybe they want to keep th A/S O/S unavailable
maybe they want to keep financials unavailable
maybe they want to keep their intentions [corporate actions] under wrap till after May 1st

lots of "maybes" ...but few certainties, like keeping current
