Maybe...cought me by suprise. Southridge may have been naked shorting here as they used a "put" on shares hoping to buy on the cheap in as the agreement is executed.

"Represents the number of shares of common stock of the Registrant that we are able to put (“Put Shares”) to Southridge Partners II, LP (“Southridge”) pursuant to an equity credit agreement (the “Equity Credit Agreement”) between Southridge and the Registrant "
