Very interesting that it is TMM asking for a jury trial (if it goes that far) which I seriously doubt since that would bring us into late 2015. Huge amounts of cash would drain both sides---especially the Dementia group since they are paying for this personally. Extensive discovery and experts alone could cost each side 500K each. All in all, a trial like this with all the attorney hours expended will cost both sides a min of 750K to 1MM each before it's all said and done. That's not even counting all the money already spent.
I just don't see that scenario happening.
Look for a settlement long before the trial....look for the dementia team to go for summary judgements for indispensible party and SOL once discovery is completed and before trial. The same for TMM but obviously for different reasons----lies and thievery.
In the meantime, I will let the trial run its course, and not let it get in the way of what I feel will be a great summer for the company----THINK CONTRACTS AND $$$$$REVENUE$$$$$. THIS IS OUR TIME PEOPLE!! Remember Dementia is my word----everyone else used Demented....LLOL.
