When the military tests something,, That is really all it is,,They look for strength and weakness..If they feel there are enough plusses to the particular piece of equipment that they are testing,, It then will go to congress and then contract bid,The specs will call for whatever weaknessess to be adressed,The contracting company will have to meet or exceed whatever the military is asking for..This is not a concrete deal fot HTI OR AHS or whomever.There is no promise to buy a thing from this company..And remember this The military doesnt buy these things.. It has to go before congress and a whole bunch of red tape. Could be years before any thing happens if at all..and new tech is far surpassing this ..And with the way the military budget has been cut ..They will be lucky to have candles
