That case is active and TGGI sub is named in it...

Now I am not a corporate atty. so I am not sure if American Express can go after asset of the parent company IE the New Shell Rollings.com and its assets.

And you are correct it is less than 15k not much money at all but it is ALOT more that TGGI has according to the last filing.

The question is why hasnt Conman Clarke run a promo here yet to answer this one would have to think like a Conman which I for one can not do.

I struggle understanding investors putting up their hard earned money in hopes of a Promo "Coming Soon"...
