This case is two years old and for less than $15,000 of debt. One promo would theoretically wipe that debt out. How do you figure that this debt could have any effect on running a promo when they just ran a promo two weeks ago? I think he should just use the same group that promoted CBYK and he would be in the clear on this. I do not follow the logic of this bad debt being an issue, personally.
