no great concern----was referring to the old enti/ptel 1x1 restricted preferred "deal" from a lifetime ago-----made zero sense then ---less now-----opened the door to issue up to 16 billion shares/divs/whatever you want to call them (moot pt)-----mid stream,as the wheels were falling off enti-----the 1x1 was cancelled----opinions differ as to hhow many shares/divs were issued--a COMPLETE NON-EVENT ,as ALL were cancelled----some may still show up on brokerage accts due to slow clericals -----the ONLY reason this comes up periodically is that one poster (for amusement purposes only) will pipe up claiming there are "missing shares/divs" of anywhere between 350 million and 80 billion----that hold a replacement cost anywhere between 3,1 billion and 75 trillion------hope this helps---again,a complete non-event.
