You and I have no idea what is being tested at this point. Maybe its something that has already been improved on, maybe not. You have no idea. In my opinion, the concept was proven a long time ago. This company has been trying to develop a product based on the concept. I hope they have been able to retain or acquire a technician or a "specialist" to develop the product, OUR product.
Yes, to put anything in production will cost money. It takes money to make money. We all have heard this and know what it means, especially as an investor.
