Sports betting and stock market investing - two entirely different things. The only thing they have in common is they are both gambles to one extent or another.

I've been in and out of OPK many times. I'm not a 'buy and hold forever' type of investor - although there is certainly nothing wrong with that kind of investing. I simply buy on pullbacks and sell on rallys. To date I haven't lost any money trading this yet, probably the main reason I keep coming back. I got back in at 8.16 last Wednesday or Thursday. Sometimes I hold it for a while and write out of the money covered calls on it. Also, I am not a 'day trader.' That's probably right up there with betting on horses.

I like this stock because Dr. Frost puts his own money into it - lots of his own money. I think he's a smart guy and knows what's going on in this company, especially the near and long term prospects. I personally think this will be a big winner not too far down the road.

Good luck to you, Steve. If you are also buying stock in companys OPK (and Dr. Frost) are investing in, I don't think you have anything to worry about. Stock prices are up and down, sure, but will all work out well for you in the end. This segment of the market is kind of 'out of favor' at the moment, but this segment never stays out of favor for very long.
