As per the new OTC minimum bid test of closing at .01 for one day prior to may 31, 2014, the issue is that SVFC would be down listed to pink status...but since they were late in filing last week they already have been down listed to pink...and as you can see this had no negative effect on the PPS. I have complete confidence that the filings will be updated, and we are in store for many positive catalysts, for ex., final IR settlement, announcement of CFO, IP grant, revenue from Andrews agreement...and just from looking at the recent pr's, it is reasonable to anticipate more great news. As far as the doomsday scenario's...well, I heard them last year when IR was threatening the auction...and I knew that IR did not have a legal foot to stand on. Now, I hear them in regard to YA taking over the intellectual rights...and I know this will not happen.... regardless of how many times I hear it thru out the trading day and see it in red and bold print...it will not happen.
Look at this logically...and look at both sides...and make your decision...but do yah think if you were a CEO with a billion dollar value in intellectual property...yah going to give it away due to a late filing or an unforeseen change in the OTC requirement??...doubt it...but I know I'm gonna hear how 'YA was secretly plotting this takeover from the get go', and 'YA really duped the CEO, BOD members, and legal team' because he's scheming to get his hands on the billion ++ intellectual property'....I've heard it all...and it's not going to happen. Watch as filings are updated, IR is settled, and huge news is released...and the PPS will fly past the minimum bid...and the short interest will have to be covered:)
