In my opinion $ARTR management seems like they are just staying away from the random fluff BS most penny stocks try to pump out monthly. They're focusing on their company and improving it for the long run by locking down clients, expanding the product line and focusing on their product in the public commercial eyes so their product sells with growing excitement about updated products, and so on.. Once they do release news it will show exactly how much has changed in a positive light since their last PR and that will catch people's eyes. I've only thrown in a few thousand dollars for a long term investment knowing it will pay off eventually.
