Actually , even DFI did not own the license, since DFI and DFMI did not merge legally, as a result the contract between DFMI and ISI is invalid , because the original plan was that DFI can not issue the stock for ISI to own 25% of DFI due to that DFI is a "S" corp, and that is why DFMI was established as a "C" which can issue stock , the question is DFI and DFMI was never officially merged , as a result DFMI issued the stock to ISI for nothing, and DFMI just pay $500,000 to ISI for nothing , because DFI and DFMI was never one single entity at all, I mean legally , instead of just being claimed verbally by DFMI after things happened that DFI and DFMI has merged without any legal documentation or be destroyed by someone.
