Cassandra, I agree with you that the company needs to disclose the current share structure and some update on the verification of the gift divy in order to maintain transparency and promote shareholder confidence... We'd all hope this will be evident in the next quarterly statement (do we know what that is due?)

If a company wants to maintain success there are steps which would be evident to any investor.

If a company is trying to bilk funds in a last attempt effort before its death-rattle, we'd also see certain behavior.

Right now there are more unanswered questions than answers, which is the reason we are trading so low. It seems from the effort moving forth with these court cases, PVEC is actually attempting to steer the course and "right the ship" if you will.

An A/S increase if not dumped into O/S is retained as treasury for company control of future margin against a hostile takeover. In another way, the A/S increase is in proportion to the price decrease over time, and could be a causal effect, not the contributing factor. When the price increases we would expect to see a retirement of shares.

I think it's worth waiting to see how things pan out over the long term, meaning months.
