IMO it seems that we as shareholders can't get any comments as to why EX-CFO Turner was fired after being caught trying to make shady deals with toxic financiers? Seems Mr. Turner was busted by Peter for trying to profit off of shareholders backs in his brief stint as CFO IMHO! But no comments? Looks like the TX judge saw the BS and ruled on it properly. Was those TOXIC financiers working with short sellers? Boy that PPS and daily short volumes certainly speaks that way IMO!! No comments? Anyone?
