Growing pains. It is hard for me to imagine what it takes to go from 3 employees to now 9 in such a short time. And these are not your run of the mill folks either. They have been brought on board to share passion and vision mixed with miles of experience. I feel better knowing they wanted to invest in the future of the company. To guide the growth of AMBS. This must be given time to mature.

I know Warp, Gipper, and myself have all said we should give them until the end of 2014. It was funny watching the panic last week but I can understand it from some. Others were just fanning flames of doubt.

Risk I agree with your statement:

And I also agree we will be much better for the change in the long run. This should be the last time there will be any doubts about filings going forward.

JP I know you agree, I am glad to see that change with Faerber. Could have been sooner but I will take it.
