Umm, NBRI tried to sell forward specimen nuggets at a slight discount to spot, 10% right?

That was the binding agreement. If NBRI had somehow produced specimen gold they would have had to fork it over a 10% below spot price.

Bottom line is NBRI produced zero specimen gold, and around 3 oz. so far at a cost of 867K or so per ounce to produce.
