It's the way of the world. Famous people have influence and get paid for it. Look at Price Line and William Shattner. He may be a billionaire because of his work with this Company. David Wright ended up with .5% of Vitamin water in lieu of work for the Company and got 20MM in a buyout as a result.

At the end of the day, celebrities and athletes are just doing what normal people do which is to make as much money as possible any way they can.

It a great gig if you can get it.
