Access Systems America v. Hop-on: Hop-on Comments on Ongoing Trademark Dispute

This is a case back in 2008 against yet another Peter Michaels and Hop-On and it appears Graffiti Wireless. The company was suing Michaels for trademark infringement. I haven't look the case up so I don't know how it ends.

Personally, I found it funny because Michaels states

Access Systems America went against normal industry practice and pursued a federal district court action

As if that isn't something he does and certainly threatened to do many times in the past.

That Michaels is some kind of funny guy. It seems he goes by the "do as I say, not as I do" philosophy.
