Last August, CYBK released this in a PR:

The Companies have developed a web-based portal that was launched in approximately 4,000 merchant locations as of July 2013. The web-based portal allows for greater ease of transactions and provides merchants with a greater compilation of products and services. Owners and employees of recently launched locations are either finished or currently training on this new system. 

The partnership expects to earn residual revenues and transaction fees from the utilization of the web-based portal in Q3 2013, of which Cyber Kiosk will retain a portion of these revenues.

"that was launched in approximately 4,000 merchant locations" Past tense, they said in August. Already launched. And CYBK went on to predict revenues in the Q3, of which there were NONE.

In October, CYBK released this PR:
CYBK Updates Launch Of Its Web Based System For 4,000 Locations

Cyber Kiosk Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CYBK) in May the Company announced 4,000 locations would be coming online using CYBK's co-branded web based system.

CYBK has added new locations to this already large roll out. Currently CYBK has trained 3 personnel that represent 1200 locations that are part of the 4,000 locations to be trained. CYBK also has in the pipeline new locations looking to get set up for training on the web based system. The training started off slower then CYBK had anticipated, but the kinks have been worked out and training continues 4 times a week. Over the next several months training will be completed and the individual location trainings will continue with new locations being added each month.

So, in October, CYBK confirmed the initial roll-out and claimed to add more - though the numbers stated don't exactly corroborate that. Training was supposed to continue over the "next several months," making one wonder just how difficult it is to use this...well, whatever it is.

CYBK's Annual Report, just released, shows NO revenues and further states that

The 4000 locations have started integration, training and launch. CYBK expects to release updates via facebook for this area of business.

WHOA, NELLY!!! "The 4000 locations have started integration, training and launch." I thought they WERE launched and that the training was proceeding apace!! (Well, sort of.)

However, in the Form D filed in late January, CYBK still did not declare any revenues:

So, where exactly are CYBK's much-PR'd 4000 locations?
