I like the structure of HRDN, esp at this price and the fact that it's OTCQB tier. I've said it before, but AUDITED fins tells me they have BIG plans.
There are company's much more tenured with MUCH higher PPS whom still don't report audited fins.
Sets them up pretty for future merges, ect.
