FFGO - Shorty thinks that because he/she has been allowed to break the law in all 50 states, by the SEC, that he/she is immune to prosecution based upon the laws in all 50 states.

Remember, the SEC and FINRA both have stated that the laws for all corporations are ALWAYS governed by the state in which they are incorporated.

So if selling counterfeit electronic equity markers is illegal in all 50 states, then each an every company is entitled to due process in their state of incorporation.

It just so happens that FFGO has the State of Wyoming's SOS to protect their ability to declare and distribute their assets at any time, regardless of being revoked by the SEC and regardless of having their state license revoked.
