Naked shorting of OTC stocks.

there is no significant shorting in kblb..the only ones who could possibly do it and benefit from it is csc...but I see no indication they are doing so...

I do not have any firm knowledge of the total amounts of naked shorting of KBLB and other OTC stocks.
The reason neither you nor I have this information is that, by means similar to those described in the articles, it is hidden from public and regulatory view.

The exact analogs of the buying, selling, and clearing brokers described in these articles are, in the OTC world, the Market Makers.
While individual retail traders are unable to sell either covered or naked shorts of most OTC stocks, the market makers have that capability and seemingly exercise it regularly.
All market maker shorting is naked and all is hidden as they do not have any per transaction reporting requirements.

CSC is totally unable to benefit from selling KBLB short as they are contractually REQUIRED to accept stock PUT to them by KBLB.
If CSC were to attempt to sell KBLB short they would be shooting themselves not in the foot, but in the head!
