It could turn around quickly if they did a share reduction. The issue is, why would the do a share reduction. You have to gamble on the fact that they'd do a reduction, not charts, or hype.

Remember that Tammy is not in control, it's the "company" that owns the majority of preferred shares that's pulling the strings, not her.
