I agree and don't need to speculate to come to that conclusion as well.

Just look at all the SEC suspensions this year on OTC alone and check how many of them are MJ related stocks:

The only other marijuana stock I know of that got halted and resumed on the Greys other than PHOT was CANN. Hardly a crackdown, imo.
