JP: I would be more worried about Lincoln Park and MJFF pulling back due to the late filing if there was something fraudulent management had done. But filing late due to a new CFO and Accounting Firm doesn't seem as serious. Plus, AMBS has such a huge upside for Lincoln. I think they see that and will stay with us. It's not like they don't have a choice in the matter. And, MJFF doesn't have a better LID drug alternative. They want Eltoprazine to succeed!

So, assuming nothing fraudulent has happened, I think we'll get through this. IMHO.
