Pfft. C'mon man, it takes months and months to produce an audited filings compendium, and that's if they can even find an auditor willing to sign off on the trumped up revenue claims from the acquisition of a paper shell w millions in " accounts receivable". This far SKTO hadn't even filed an 8k telling SH who the Auditior is. Why an 8k? Because when a co changes auditors they need to file one, and surely the old auditor from years ago isn't doing them, because there have been no SEC filings.
