Total share count is about 158M so 1M is far less than 1% of total - not substantial in my opinion

I would actually like to see the employees having a stake in the company - the only ownership I have knowledge of is Ferris - not sure anyone else has a substantial position which is a concern I have. Miller alluded to taking a position but I am not aware of any time he defined the size or any additional stake beyond the first PR.

50000 shares is about $3500 per quarter which is small if the director provides any real value - that part might be of question
