Snow, a 25% stake would be perfect. It means that the consultancy contract is cash flow positive while maximizing efficiency. SIAF is not going to do their 100% best in running the operation if they do not benefit from it. The partners know this. They want SIAF to have a vested interest other than resale (CA). So a 0% stake is not an option.
