I think a buy back would be a better idea. Obviously this will cost ERBB money, and probably wouldn't result in as many shares being retired, but it would be better IMO for shareholders.

I hope something is done about the share structure, but I realize that it probably won't be something they publicly discuss until after they get the Zazzz up and running.
