Current HIPH Share Structure per the TA (Erika) on April 3, 2014 @ 2:30 pm EDT:

Why did alf leave AS @ 2 Bil & RSed only common @1:1000?
According to TA above,
OS was increased by 4 mil & Float was increased by 1.1 mil right after RS.
SP of $1.00 at the moment, someone would cash out $1.1 mil or $ 4 mil more eventually in near future.
If SP goes up to $5.00/share, above $ will multiply by 5 @ $5 mil & $20 mil.
No matter how you slice it this is a good business for alf.
And alf will still have long way to max out his AS at 2 bil. or 1,995 mil more shares.. Smart guy huh?
As long as loyal longs keep buying new issued shares alf won’t have any problem selling shares.
Let’s see how truly loyal longs are here.
I expect SP will go to $5.00 / share soon (I might be wrong.) because of what’s going on here
& loyal longs here.
I hope I am right & loyal longs make good money when that happens.
We all will wait & see.
