I believe the one thing notsomuch said that is probably true is that he/she is not an officer/board member UNLESS he/she is in fact Shaun Irvine. That is because, unless I am mistaken and have missed something, according to public record, Shaun Irvine is the only board member/officer. Having said that, that doesn't mean he/she doen't have a great deal at stake when it comes to manipulating EXOBOX.
