They were doing $4 million in revenue. Hardly the biggest player. My local mcdonalds down the street generated more revenue than phot.

Hell, harborside I believe generates over $20 million a year selling a schedule one drug, totally illegal from a federal stand point.

If the govt. wanted to shut the industry down all they have to do is turn the dea lose.

You can do pretty much anything you want as a publicly traded a company as long as you follow the rules. And disclose.
