King Koopa, I like what I've heard from you to date on this stock. If you don't mind, I have a question for you... as I'm still very much in a learning mode.
On STTK's last Form 10-Q noted that as of February 28, 2014, the "actual outstanding shares of common stock is 39,491,530", and then further clarifies that "At March 31, 2014, there were 48,677,661 shares of the Company’s common stock outstanding."
So where are the market makers (VFIN, others?) getting the shares to dilute this stock?
Out another way, I haven't seen recent numbers for the Float... so how do we get a feel for the number of shares registered but not yet trading, and available to the MMs to sell?
