If they do not file, they will NOT be history!
If they do not file, they will NOT be delisted!
Failure to file will just downgrade their standing on the OTC Markets tier system from QB status to Pink status and rather than being referred to as "current", it will show as "limited information" with the yield sign.
Know what you own and be a responsible owner! If you don't like owning it or if patience is running out, consider selling out. If you want to hold on, whether you believe in the company or you believe that the reward is greater than the risk, don't post misleading or uneducated statements.
