I don't disagree with your take on the company, up till now. I do take a little bit of issue with the idea that if they just keep doing what they are doing it will all be good.

I believe the work they have put in and the reward of incredible viewer numbers dictates that they start to put some pressure on the bigger players. That pressure comes from focusing "intently" on more venues, more cities, and especially rolling out a mobile app with simple but diverse functionality.

You want to get bought out, on board with that notion, but start making the Twitters, Facebooks, Googles, and Instagrams see that you're serious about venturing into their social media domain.
