Doug Benson is now the face of pharmajanes....and why? What is his stake in this company...

They need to file the forms for the merger, clear out hipples name, and change the ticker....and hopefully the can get this done before november...

The merger will probably take 5 months to complete if they are really doing it...so they have the time to get it done...
