MMTC - The food industry hasn't changed their testing methods in over 100 years, as research will prove. The food industry has just recently realized their testing methods are archaic at best. Food Safety is a growing problem and a huge concern, the industry is changing right before our very eyes. Like anything new, new technologies take time to catch on. MMTC working with Purdue and the AOAC to substantiate the MIT, readying it to bring to market. The food industry will change their testing methods and want what we have. Certification from the AOAC will pave the way for substantial sales and revenue. Just a matter of time here, nothing more.
