An R/S is just unfounded speculation to drive fear and drive down the stock, you're absolutely right IMO as I've said before...and before. NOTHING HAS BEEN SAID ABOUT AN R/S, no reason Tom/RFMK can't decide to stay fully reporting Pink until price goes back up to penny++ which it will and is starting to based on news.
1) About the PUFFER, which will be released soon, and company has made sure it's a top-quality product this time hence the delay.
2) Lifting the DTC chill: if Tom could manage to uplist when no one said he could, he'll do that too.
3) Any number of other businesses yet to be announced, now that he has a more solid management team in place.
THIS CAN EASILY GO TO A PENNY WIHTOUT R/S.
Then it's easy to reapply to uplist OTCQB again, much easier than it was to get here in the first place. I'm putting the R/S issue out of my mind as a non-issue either way.
